COLDY's N'ice Loft is pronounced the SportsFacilities' Discovery of the Year

SportsFacilities is organized by SportB2B Group with the support of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. Since 2014, the award defines cutting-edge sports industry projects in Russia, highlighting the most technologically advanced and socially important of them. The competent jury scrutinizes the nominees for completeness of sports infrastructure, relevance of projects and significance for the promotion of sports culture in the country.

When assessing N'ice Loft a unique concept of a multifunctional complex with large-scale sports infrastructure, consisting of a sports park and a fitness center, was noted.

One of the leaders of the international sports industry took part in the development of the sports park as a program partner. As a result, N'ice Loft acquired a 6,300-square-meter space open to the public, zoned for professional football, streetball, workout and other popular sports.

N'ice Loft sports and recreation center with the area of over 14 thousand square meters includes two ice arenas designed according to NHL standards. Every detail of the complex has been thought out from the standpoint of maximum convenience for squash, mini football, volleyball, basketball and other sports physical activities.

N'ice Loft is being built on the border of Moscow's Tagansky and Nizhegorodsky districts, a 6-minute drive from the Garden Ring and within walking distance of the Volgogradsky Prospekt metro station and Novokhokhlovskaya MCC station. The total built-up area will exceed 120 thousand square meters, including 87.8 thousand square meters of apartments.
