The Russian real estate market became even more attractive to investors: in April and May 2020, the share of investment transactions jumped from 7% to 22%. According to experts, if borrowers are confident in their income, they should enter into the deal right now, without expecting a further reduction in mortgage rate, since the state support program is not likely to be extended after November 1.
