Coldy Real Estate Digest for July 27 to August 2

At the end of July 2020, residents of Moscow are in the lead in terms of the number of requests for buying hotels in Crimea and Sochi. Analysts point out that the demand for investment property in major Russian resorts has been growing continuously since April this year: in Crimea, it increased by 39.1% compared to the same month last year, while in Sochi this number increased by 27.8%.
