Skolkovo Realty analysts reported that at the end of August 2020 in Moscow, the demand for investment real estate increased by 14.3%. In the primary housing market, an investor can count on a yield of 20%, and sometimes even 30 % per year with a competent approach to the choice of a building. According to the company, the average number of requests to buy apartments for resale or subsequent rent in the period from January to July this year increased by 27.6% compared to the same period in 2019.
