Coldy Real Estate Digest for November 23 to December 6

•  Kazakov Grand Loft project by COLDY company won a prestigious award for new construction and territorial development of Moscow Urban Awards 2020 in the category The best business class apartments building in Moscow;
•  The average check for an apartment purchased on a mortgage, or the price on primary market of housing in Moscow within the old city borders, based on the results of the three quarters of 2020, is 15% higher than this check in the same period of 2019;
• Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that he intends to insist on extending the preferential mortgage rate of 6.5% after July 2021;
• In Moscow, the number of apartments in the market of new comfort and business class buildings has sharply decreased (they form 73% of apartments on sale in the capital). It has dropped to 6400 lots, which is the minimum since 2016.
