Coldy Real Estate Digest for July 20 to 27

Based on the results of the first half of 2020, the demand for the purchase of housing for rent or for subsequent resale in Russia increased by 41.9% compared to the same period in 2019. After a temporary decline in interest, which was observed from March to May 2020, there was a new and noticeable increase in June this year there. In the first month of summer, the number of requests increased by 20.1% compared to May.
