Most importantly, the square meters that are being built as housing would be counted towards the implementation of the presidential decree on the construction of 120 million square meters.” Earlier, Stasishin announced at a meeting in the Federation Council that the Ministry of Construction intended to regularize the status of apartment hotels already existing in Russia, and stop the construction in apartment hotel category afterwards.
