Dear friends! On June 6, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation completely excluded the concept of economy-class housing and approved the conditions for designating residential premises as standard housing and the requirements for interior decoration of standard housing.
In recent years, quite a few worthy projects have been implemented in this segment of primary real estate market. They can hardly be called economy class housing. The requirements for the construction of standard housing are set quite clearly; they will give a boost to the quality of new apartments and houses.
