Over the past six months, COLDI revenue has increased relative to last year


COLDY is among the top three developers in the “business” segment who increased their revenues for the first half-year compared to the same period in 2021. In monetary terms, the growth totaled 2.41 billion rubles, as estimated by Urbanus* portal experts.

In general, the development market completed the first two quarters of the year showing negative indicators. In the aggregate, projects within the “old” part of Moscow were implemented for a total of 516.38 billion rubles, which is 12.6% lower than last year’s result.

“A growth in demand, particularly during turbulent economic periods, is an important indicator. First of all, it is evidence of demand for the products we offer to consumers. Secondly, it represents the trust of our regular customers, as confirmed by the increasing amount of repeat transactions,” Maxim Kavariants, COLDY’S Chief Commercial Officer, comments.

COLDY’s project portfolio currently includes:

  • TALLER Class A business space located in the very heart of Moscow’s business life – Paveletskaya subway station area. It is a digitalized office project boasting a conceptually new IT landscape. As of today, TALLER is the only business center in Moscow offering its residents an in-house Data Center.
  • N’ICE LOFT multi-purpose complex – the sports heart of Taganskiy and Nizhegorodskiy districts. The project synergistically combines apartment buildings and a large-scale sports ecosystem. The sports complex has two ice arenas, a gym, a general physical training facility and multi-purpose event halls. It is complemented by a sports park area open to general public. In total, N'ICE LOFT’s infrastructure provides facilities for 15 different leisure activities.
  • Kazakov Grand Loft premium class complex – the crown jewel of Moscow’s Central Administrative District located 5 minutes away from the Garden Ring, which will be commissioned by COLDY almost six months ahead of schedule. The owners will receive the keys to their properties within one month. It is an elegant modern architecture project featuring many unique lots including luxurious terraced penthouses with private fireplaces.
