COLDY is among the top three developers in the “business” segment who increased their revenues for the first half-year compared to the same period in 2021. In monetary terms, the growth totaled 2.41 billion rubles, as estimated by Urbanus* portal experts.
In general, the development market completed the first two quarters of the year showing negative indicators. In the aggregate, projects within the “old” part of Moscow were implemented for a total of 516.38 billion rubles, which is 12.6% lower than last year’s result.
“A growth in demand, particularly during turbulent economic periods, is an important indicator. First of all, it is evidence of demand for the products we offer to consumers. Secondly, it represents the trust of our regular customers, as confirmed by the increasing amount of repeat transactions,” Maxim Kavariants, COLDY’S Chief Commercial Officer, comments.
