The Committee for State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow (Mosgosstroynadzor) granted a permit for commissioning the Kazakov Grand Loft premium apartment complex. All building and construction works were completed 6 months ahead of the original deadline. The first owners are ready to get their keys.

The Kazakov Grand Loft apartment complex was built on Matvey Kazakov Street, the very centre of the capital. The design solution is based on a 15-minute neighborhood of infrastructure, cultural sites and tourist attractions.

“The project developer COLDY has been granted a permit for the complex commissioning. It stands out for its laconic design with panoramic windows and favorable location close to the Garden Ring and the Red Square,” Igor Voystratenko, Chairman of the Committee for State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow was quoted as saying.

At the same time, the Kazakov Grand Loft residents are offered comfortable atmosphere of clubbish privacy due to a walled and planted inner yard. The total landscaped area accounts for 4,000 m2.

“All building and construction works were completed 6 months ahead of schedule. The complex area is almost 24.3 thousand m2 with 283 apartments and 100 planning and design solutions,” states Anastasia Pyatova, Chairman of Moskomstroyinvest.

The Kazakov Grand Loft concept is based on the smart luxury principle embodied in the service design, which enables every resident to make a personal list of services. By using a simple application you can select only necessary services, for example, careful turnkey moving, concierge service, a private chef or apartment cleaning.

The complex consists of 3 sections of dynamic height, which provides amazing views of the historic area of Moscow due to panoramic windows.

The complex highlight is unique penthouses with terraces, accessible roofs and outlets for wood burning fireplaces.

“Despite a steady work pace taken from the first day of construction, we didn’t mean to push the deadline of the Kazakov Grand Loft commissioning. Full compliance with the project requirements remained our top priority. The reduction of term was achieved due to a higher capacity utilization rate at the building site and work process automation,” Maxim Kavaryants, Commercial Director of COLDY was quoted as saying.

At the moment, about 95% of the complex apartments have already been sold. The remaining lots are offered by the developer at a special discount.
