Kazakov Grand Loft apartment complex construction is gaining momentum

The building is taking shape and is gradually being given substance to.

A large amount of work was carried out in the 3rd section of the complex. Installation of monolithic structures has been completed, as well as the installation of partitions throughout the block. Scaffolding has been erected to install the windows and 85% of the aluminum window structures have already been installed. Here we also started works on installation of insulation and brackets for further installation of concrete slabs.

In July we completed monolithic assembly of the 1st section on the 6th and 7th floors, which allowed us to connect it with block section No.3. In-situ concreting on the 9th floor of the 2nd section is also completed. Partitioning in the first two sections on the 1st and 3rd floors is fully assembled. Erecting of scaffolding in the 2nd section of the complex is started.

To date, we have 70% waterproofing of the stylobate of section 2. Heating and ventilation is 50% completed on the entire area of the complex.
