N'ice Loft project won the Real Estate Market Records-2021 Award

For 12 years, the International Real Estate Market Records Awards has been annually identifying cutting-edge real estate development projects. It is organized by the Moscow Business Club, and the process of determining the winners involves three stages of voting: consumer voting, jury evaluation and evaluation by 500 development professionals.

The jury includes Nikita Stasishin, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia, Sergey Tchoban, Managing Partner of SPEECH architectural bureau, Oleg Repchenko, Director General of GC Real Estate Market Indicators, and many other competent participants of the real estate market.

When creating N`ice Loft architectural project we realized that it was destined to become a landmark project in the COLDY portfolio and at the same time it would be a big deal for the capital's real estate market. We sought to create not just a development project, but a space that simulates scenarios of everyday life for people seeking recreational sports and leisure activities. And the fact that N`ice Loft is already receiving recognition from reputable real estate awards confirms the demand for sports oases as centers of attraction and location dominants.

N'ice Loft is a unique project being built on the border of Moscow's Tagansky and Nizhegorodsky districts, a 6-minute drive from the Garden Ring and within walking distance of the Volgogradsky Prospekt metro station and Novokhokhlovskaya MCC station. The total built-up area exceeds 120 thousand square meters, including 87.8 thousand square meters of apartments.

The uniqueness of the concept of the multifunctional complex lies in the large-scale sports infrastructure, consisting of a sports park and a fitness center. One of the world leaders in the sports industry took part in the development of the sports park, thanks to which N'ice Loft acquired a 6,300 square meters area open to the public zoned for professional football, streetball, workout and other popular sports activities.

N'ice Sport sports and recreation center with the area of over 14 thousand square meters includes two ice arenas designed according to NHL standards. Every detail of the complex has been thought out from the standpoint of maximum convenience for squash, mini football, volleyball, basketball and other sports physical activities.

This year N'ice Loft project won the SportsFacilities Award in the category “Best Multi-purpose Sports Facility – Discovery of the Year”. The official launch of N'ice Loft is scheduled for July of this year.
