The premium class Kazakov Grand Loft apartment complex will be commissioned very much ahead of schedule. The owners will receive the keys to their apartments six months before the designated deadline — in October 2022. Previously, the transfer of property titles to the homebuyers was scheduled for April 2023.

The project statement provided for the completion of construction in the fourth quarter of next year; however, stepping up production capacities allowed us to build all sections of Kazakov Grand Loft simultaneously, thereby significantly increasing the pace,” commented Maxim Kavaryants, Commercial Director of COLDY.

Changes to the dates will be reflected in the Kazakov Grand Loft amended project statement. Updated information on the dates of the property delivery and key transfer will appear in the Unified Housing Construction Information System as part of the December data update.

Since its inception, Kazakov Grand Loft has been erected consistently ahead of the work schedule. In September of this year, in-situ concreting was fully completed, having taken just eleven months; Simultaneously, multiple translucent structures and utilities were installed.

Our work plan made provisions for early completion of all stages of the construction and installation phase. And with this consideration in mind, the production and labor resources were geared. Partial automation of the processes and expansion of the fleet of special-purpose machines were also of great help. In the aggregate, all arrangements made it possible to get significantly ahead of the project deadlines while maintaining all the declared qualities of a premium class property,” noted Konstantin Voynov, CEO of Loftengineering LLC, technical coordinator of the project.

Kazakov Grand Loft is being built in the Basmanny District of Moscow, within walking distance from the Kurskaya and Chkalovskaya metro stations. In the immediate vicinity of the property are the Garden Ring, Red Square, the Bauman Garden, and other main attractions of the Russian capital city. The project provides for 283 apartments in three mixed-storey sections.

Kazakov Grand Loft’s technology concept is based on a set of service solutions united by the principle of Smart Luxury. The maintenance system of the complex resides on a unique service design that allows for the management of the property using a smartphone application.
