COLDY is maintaining its construction pace in respect of all its existing projects

Complete equipment with construction machinery, manpower and stable financing enable COLDI to maintain the high level of its products. We are preserving project concepts, area upgrading scopes and the quality of the materials used.  

Construction stages of COLDY’s current projects:

• For Kazakov Grand Loft, which we are commissioning half a year ahead of the original deadline, all construction materials required have been purchased. Our builders are currently engaged in finishing work there. The company’s official website features a videoshowing what one of the main construction sites of Moscow’s Central Administrative District looks like today.
• Our sports cluster – N’ICE LOFT Multi-purpose Complex – is not lagging behind either. In situ concrete works have been completed ahead of schedule on the 7^th building at the level of the top 21^st floor. The builders have already started the construction of the Sports and Recreation Center and the underground parking lot. The technical customer’s video footage details the completion status of the facility.
• A strong start was made at TALLER A-class business space facility, where dismantling and preparatory works have been completed. The builders have already started the construction of the underground part of the facility.
