COLDY ranks third in the Russian office developers’ rating list compiled by experts from RBC Market Research. The high position is due to the TALLER digital business space, an office project in the COLDY portfolio.
The ranking conducted by RBC Market Research was based on analysis of Russian companies that sell or lease office space. The key factor was the sales volume in the first half of 2022. Other factors included the commissioned projects area and business plans through to 2025.
TALLER is a digital development project realized by COLDY in the developed Paveletsky business district. The project set a precedent for the Moscow office market due to its Data center designed for the TALLER residents.
The project is going to be commissioned in Q2, 2024.
