COLDY Hosts a Private Function for High-end Real Estate Brokers

COLDY development company hosted an exclusive business breakfast to present Khamovniki 12 Clubhouse, a landmark architectural project in its Moscow collection.

The guests of the private event included leading high-end real estate brokers, and the venue was Petrovsky En-Route Palace, one of the oldest locations in the Russian capital.

As part of the business breakfast, project authors presented unique features of Khamovniki 12 Clubhouse. Kirill Ustinov of Bunov & Ustinov Studio,  the author of the project’s branding concept, told the guests about how the brand was developed, what its positioning is based upon and what inspired Khamovniki 12 identity; Vasily Kvlividze, COLDY’s Chief Commercial Officer, spoke about the architectural concept and the exceptional service level that will be available to future residents, and Konstantin Voynov, COLDY Construction’s Chief Executive Officer, shared technological and engineering features of the clubhouse with the guests.

Highlights of the event included a tour of luxurious halls of Petrovsky En-Route Palace, as well as an interactive quiz on Renaissance architectural trends. The guests attending the business breakfast took an active part in the quiz, whereupon they we given handmade designer cardholders with the developer’s logo as a keepsake.

At the end of the event, the organizers announced privileged terms and conditions that for COLDY LEAGUE members that would apply to sales of lots in Khamovniki 12 Clubhouse until the end of the year, and the brokers, who showed the best results by year-end, were given memorable awards, such as gift certificates and tickets to Moscow’s best theatrical productions and shows.
