It was Evgeny Gerasimov, one of St. Petersburg’s most renowned and respected architects who came up with the concept of the exquisite neoclassical architecture of the house. The façades will be made of natural marble and decorated with bas-relief panels designed by the outstanding sculptor Nelson Afian. Visually, the architecture of the house is divided into two tiers, as dictated by the canon. The lower tier is massive and rugged, finished with textured stone. All this creates an impression of sturdiness and stability. The upper tier is lighter and more aerial. Here polished stone is used, as well as thin decorative pilasters.
The luxurious lobby was designed by Oleg Klodt, an author with a worldwide repute in the elite real estate segment. Hellenistic aesthetics in the Beaux-Arts style, with a decorative bas-relief and Greek columns, imparts solemnity to the central entrance of the residential compound. The lobby space will be adorned with art objects and paintings by contemporary artists. As its most precious gem, the house will have its own library of lifetime editions of great Russian authors who lived in Khamovniki in the 18th and 19th centuries.
On the top floor of the Khamovniki 12 clubhouse, two unique penthouses with scenic terraces are located. Special cozy ambience in the apartments is created by wood-burning fireplaces with coal filtration. One of the penthouses will have an additional attraction–a panoramic swimming pool with views of the Moskva River embankment and Moscow City. The penthouses can be accessed by a separate elevator.
The Khamovniki 12 clubhouse will be under 24/7 security and video surveillance. In addition, the area will be patrolled round-the-clock by a security service consisting of professionals who have undergone special training.
