The red brick facades of KleinHouse were created in the style of industrial modernism and meticulously restored.
KleinHouse is a mix of classical architecture from Roman Klein and daring lobbies, in the style of London rock clubs. A place where the creative drive of US lofts coexists with the serenity of French balconies. This is a new point on the map of cultural Moscow, where works of trendy young artists and designers are exhibited first.
KleinHouse is home to eternal youth and constant change. It is situated in one of the fastest-paced areas of the capital, five minutes’ walk from Baumanskaya and Krasnoselskaya metro stations.
The red-brick facades of KleinHouse were created in the style of industrial modernism and meticulously restored. Huge and numerous windows fill the house with light. Cast iron columns create an authentic loft atmosphere in the apartments. High ceilings set the scale for the space and the ideas that arise in it.
The conceptual spirit of KleinHouse is particularly striking in contrast to the historic architecture of the building itself. In 1914, Roman Klein, academician of architecture and the most demanded contractor of Moscow manufacturers, built a tea-packing factory for Tea Trade Association of V.Vysotsky and Co at the intersection of Olkhovskaya and Nizhnaya Krasnoselskaya streets.
