TALLER is the first class A user-friendly business loft in Paveletsky business district. It offers a combination of smaller spaces with a premium level of service and infrastructure.
The inspiration for the project was the images of the red-brick industrial architecture, which is so typical for this area of Moscow as a whole. Thus, the pylons on the first floors of the TALLER buildings will be faced with dark red bricks, and a tower with a round window will appear on the front facade of the complex, which is one of the most accent elements of the historical building of the cold storage facility.
The TALLER project concept will be based on such high-tech elements as interactive space, contactless interaction, intelligent logistics and a personalized approach. The interactive space is a system of screens and panels that provides personal navigation depending on the request or the status of the resident (for example, the system will always show the guests of the complex the way to a specific office). The contactless environment implies a system of sensors and parametric sensors that allows you to identify each resident, providing him with an accessible list of services. And the intelligent logistics system includes a software and hardware module for managing the passenger flow of elevators and entrance groups and the machine flow of guest parking.
