Among COLDY’s partners are more than 11 largest Russian banks, including SBER, VTB, DOM.RF, Alfa Bank, etc. COLDY receives project financing (as well as escrow accounts) for the implementation of projects from the largest banks: SBER, Otkritie, VTB, which guarantees stable financing of the construction process and maximum reliability of the safekeeping of the funds invested by shareholders in the purchase of real estate.
