CoLoft – the first co-living loft in Russia by the Coldy Company – has won the largest independent award for real estate advertising – WOW Awards 2018.
The brand of the cross-functional loft block as a modern living, recreational and working complex has been recognized as the best in the nomination “Object Branding” thank to a combination of its creative concept and effective solutions in the project’s promotion. CoLoft conquered the jury from the first round and won at all stages of the voting.
“CoLoft demonstrates solutions that have become Coldy’s brand identity: technological effectiveness, unique architecture and atmosphere of historic buildings, developed external and internal infrastructure. The complex corresponds to the values of our clients – successful members of the creative community and ambitious fans of the central districts of Moscow. Winning this award means that we are moving in the right direction when working on a holistic image of the CoLoft brand, which is also confirmed by the steady demand for a new concept of life in Moscow”, – says the marketing and advertising director Elena Oreshkina.

The apartment complex CoLoft is a reconstruction project for the building of the Moscow Plant for Electric Measuring Instruments in the heart of the Danilovsky district near the Shabolovskaya and Tulskaya metro stations. CoLoft is three buildings on enclosed secured premises, with a multi-level underground parking and a developed community zone. The complex design includes a free fitness studio, cinema theatre, party area, library and conference and coworking rooms. CoLoft offers a wide range of apartments: from studios to lofts with separate entrances, verandas and 4.5-meter ceilings.
The WOW Awards was established in 2012 by the Association of Real Estate Professionals. The jury includes members of development companies, advertising agencies, professional associations and the media, leading experts. Overall, this year 422 works competed in 22 nominations in five categories.
