Real estate, especially residential housing, is considered a user-friendly traditional investment. Apartments are usually purchased for further renting or for resale when they are finished, if they are in new buildings. Lofts are a relatively new format in the real estate market today. Can they be a profitable investment? Or is it better to stick to more traditional buildings for investing in real estate?
Pavel Logachev, the company Coldy’s head of sales, told CRE’s editors about the investment potential of lofts and explained why lofts can compete with apartments in this regard.
